libburn4 software package provides library to provide CD/DVD writing functions, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libburn4
libburn4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libburn4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libburn4 *
You will get with libburn4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
